A small list to recap. Object Orientation concept chart for interview...

Abbreviation	Communicates
Object Orientation (OO)	A specific bent of mind. A program design philosophy.
Object Oriented Program(OOP)	When you write program with OO philosophy. A program with Object Oriented philosophy.
Object Oriented Terms(OOT)	Object Oriented Terminologies. Basically, the features suppose to be there in OOP. Like, Encapsulation, Inheritance etc...
Object Oriented Analysis(OOA)	When you are analyzing your project with OO to give the project best.
Object Oriented Design(OOD)	Some guidelines and principles to architect your piece of code. Like SOLID
Object Oriented Analysis and Design(OOAD)	Designing the architecture of the project with OOA. Here, recall - one diagram is worth 1000 words. So, you can use visual representation tools like UML.
UML	Unified Modelling Language. A Visual representation tool to implement your OOA
Object Oriented Programming Language(OOPL)	Programming Languages with support to incorporate OOP features like Encapsulation, Polymorphism etc.
